
SigmaWolf Warranty Policy

Applies to: ArctiCore Server & Workstation Series
1. INTRODUCTION
This Warranty Policy governs all products manufactured or assembled under the SigmaWolf brand, including the ArctiCore line of servers, workstations, and edge systems. SigmaWolf guarantees that all products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, subject to the terms and conditions below.
2. WARRANTY COVERAGE
Standard Limited Warranty 3 Years
Covers hardware components against manufacturing defects under normal use.
Extended Warranty (Optional) Up to 5 Years
Extends standard warranty; available at additional cost.
Advance Replacement (Optional) Add-on
Offers next-business-day hardware replacement during warranty period.
2.1 Coverage Includes:
Motherboard, processor, memory, and storage installed by SigmaWolf
Power supply units (standard or redundant)
Cooling fans and system chassis components
GPU or accelerator cards (as per OEM warranty terms)
Internal cabling, connectors, and backplanes
2.2 Coverage Excludes:
Third-party modifications or damage caused by improper installation
Electrical surges, power failures, or external environmental damage
Liquid damage, physical impact, or mishandling
Normal wear-and-tear of consumables (fans, thermal paste, etc.)
Software, operating systems, or user-installed applications
Data loss or corruption
3. WARRANTY START DATE
Warranty coverage begins from the date of invoice or system delivery, whichever occurs first.
4. WARRANTY SERVICE OPTIONS
4.1 Depot / Carry-in Service
Defective units or parts must be returned to an authorized SigmaWolf service center.
SigmaWolf will repair or replace the defective part and return it to the customer.
4.2 Advance Replacement Service (Optional)
For mission-critical systems, SigmaWolf offers an Advance Replacement Program, where a replacement part is shipped immediately upon verification of failure.
The defective part must be returned within 15 business days.
4.3 Onsite Support (Optional)
For eligible regions, SigmaWolf partners with authorized service providers for onsite diagnosis and replacement under the warranty period.
5. CLAIM PROCESS
To initiate a warranty claim:

Provide system serial number, purchase date, and detailed fault description
Attach diagnostic logs or images if applicable
Await RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) confirmation
Ship or schedule pickup of defective component
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
SigmaWolf’s liability under this warranty is limited strictly to the repair or replacement of defective parts.
SigmaWolf is not responsible for:
Loss of data or software configuration
Downtime, lost revenue, or business interruption
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
7. TRANSFERABILITY
Warranty coverage applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable, unless approved in writing by SigmaWolf
8. THIRD-PARTY COMPONENTS
Third-party components (e.g., NVIDIA, AMD, Intel, or storage vendors) are covered under their respective OEM warranties. SigmaWolf will facilitate RMA coordination but is not responsible for OEM processing times.
9. VOIDING CONDITIONS
The warranty becomes void if:
The product label, serial number, or warranty seal is tampered with
Non-authorized personnel attempt repairs or BIOS modifications
System is overclocked, physically altered, or used outside rated specifications
10. POST-WARRANTY SUPPORT
After the warranty period, SigmaWolf offers:
Paid Repair & Refurbishment Services
Spare Part Availability (subject to stock)
Lifetime Email Support for diagnostics and recommendations
11. GOVERNING LAW
This Warranty Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of India, and disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
